Google Images: Can he be replaced?
Today, the 2009 FSU Baseball Schedule was released and I know it’s way too early to speculate on how good we’ll be next season, the question must be asked; was FSU successful in cloning Buster Posey before he left?
Again, FSU will have to navigate the very competitive ACC schedule. UNC, Wake, UMiami, UF and Virginia equals tough times for the Noles. So, while the man-child Kyle Long (Howie Long’s son, Chris Long’s Brother) will help bolster our pitching staff, how many voodoo charms will the Noles have to wear to bring back 2008’s dominant offense?
As it’s only September, I’m only wishing for two things to happen before the season starts:
1. Jack Posey hopefully keeps his big brother’s magic cleats, and
2. Our infield defense will have miraculously gotten better.
